Our plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. The introductory price covers the trial period only. When that period ends, the full recurring price shown at checkout is charged automatically, and then again at the start of each billing period, until you cancel.

The exact prices, the trial length and the renewal interval are shown on the checkout screen before you pay and repeated in your receipt. If you did not intend to continue, contact us — we will look at your case.

Refund requests made within 48 hours (2 calendar days) of the charge receive a 100% refund. Requests made after 48 hours but no later than 14 calendar days after the charge receive a 50% partial refund only for monthly subscription charges; annual subscriptions and all other non-monthly charges are not eligible for that 50% partial refund. Requests made more than 14 calendar days after the charge are not refundable.

Email support@ikastudios.net from the email address used at checkout and include your order details. Mandatory consumer-law rights and other rights that legally cannot be excluded remain unaffected. Full terms are in section 9 of our Terms of Service.

Your result is generated right after purchase and sent to the email address you gave us. If it has not arrived:

1. Check your spam, promotions and updates folders.
2. Confirm the address you entered was spelled correctly.
3. Give it a few more minutes — generation occasionally queues at busy times.

Zotlo is the payment provider that processes our subscriptions, so their name may appear on your card or bank statement instead of ours. The charge is for your Palmistry purchase. We never receive or store your full card number.

If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it — we can identify it and resolve it much faster than a chargeback.

Yes. Email us from your current address and tell us the new one. We will move your purchase and results across after confirming it is you.

Email support@ikastudios.net from the address you used with us, with the subject “Delete my data”. Once we have confirmed your identity we delete your quiz answers, uploaded images, generated results and account within 30 days, and instruct our providers to do the same.

Note that we must keep transaction records for the period required by accounting and tax law. Your other rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
